The Family is of God

I love being a family with Leighton.  This is one thing that the sealer emphasized, we are a family now, even if it is just the two of us!  We are having a lot of fun learning and growing together.  We just bought our first car together (hurray!).  Leighton is in love with it and he is so proud that it is ours.

Not to mention, Leighton is a sweetheart.  He definitely spoils me, even when I am acting like a grumpy six-year-old who is tired and hungry.  And yes, that does happen.

We love teaching primary together.  We teach five adorable six-year-olds who are a bundle of smart energy.  I love that they LOVE to read and volunteer…if only my high school kids were like that!

My absolutely favorite song that we are singing in Primary is “The Family is of God.”  It is such a fun song to sing that is filled with so much truth!
